From the Future: New Office Building

In a sign of continuing good things to come, a brand new state-of-the-art office building has just broken ground in Coral Gables.  According to CityBizList.com the 58,000 sf. development will be situated at 2990 Ponce de Leon Blvd, which is just south of the Ponce Circle Park.  The building will house the headquarters of the joint venture partners that are building it (Mas Group of Companies and TAZ Partners LLC) as well as several other tenants.

The fact that the project received financing is a clear sign that the City of Coral Gables is seen as a great place to invest even in a difficult economy.

A new development is always good news for the city, but this one in particular looks to be a great project that will add not only square footage but aesthetic value as well.  We at  The Coral Gables Blog will check on the project from time to time and post updates.  The project is scheduled for completion next year.

Check out this picture from the future, I took it at dusk on October 5th, 2012 and photoshopped the other buildings out…
If you subscribe to The Coral Gables Blog we will send you instructions on how to travel to the future to take pictures…worth a shot!
